We offer an industry leading 30 day return policy on all orders from the date of receipt. All returns must be in new condition upon return, along with all original packaging materials. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as the actual shipping cost to ship the merchandise to you. We can provide a quote on the return shipping cost with our discounted rate or you can reach out to a carrier of your choice on the return. We CANNOT accept a return on an order after 30 days have passed.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defected, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Just send us an email with your order number, including pictures of the damaged/defective area and the packaging.
